This Privacy Policy explains how 256 Technologies LLP (“256Tec,” “Agentaur,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal data when you visit our sites, engage with our products—including Agentaur Scout, Agentaur Care, and Agentaur Guard—or interact with our team.

If you have executed a separate agreement with Agentaur (for example, a Master Services Agreement or Data Processing Addendum), that agreement will control to the extent of any conflict.

Our services are intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we learn that a minor has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
